Cookbook

For this project we will be making a cookbook as a class. This cookbook will be a great way to exercise your creative abilities and make something yummy.

This assignment will require some behind the scenes (homework) responsibilities:

You will need to find a reciepe you can make and share with us
You will need to make the reciepe
You will photograph the process and the results
You will write out what you did, temperatures, times, measurements, techniques, etc.

When you are in class we will create a layout with Adobe Comp App and make all of the pages into one cohesive book.

Below are examples of what has been done before:

Once you've downloaded the app, open it and create a new project. You can select the size of your project based on your desired output, in this case, a cookbook layout.
Add text and images to your project by selecting the Text or Image tools from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. You can also add shapes and other design elements using the Shapes tool.
To adjust the size and position of your design elements, tap and hold the element until it is highlighted, and then use your fingers to resize or move it.
To experiment with different layouts, use the Layout tool to select from a variety of pre-designed grids, or create your own custom grid.
You can also experiment with different fonts and font sizes by selecting the Text tool and choosing from a variety of options.
Once you have created your layout, you can export it to Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop for further editing or to finalize your project.

Remember to save your work frequently as you go, and don't be afraid to experiment with different design options until you find what works best for your project. Adobe Comp is a powerful tool that can help you create professional-looking designs with ease.
